These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms of engagement between Phoneix (“Freelancer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) seeking digital marketing services. By availing our services, you agree to adhere to the terms set forth below.

1. Scope of Services
The Freelancer agrees to provide digital marketing services as agreed upon in the project proposal or agreement. Services may include, but are not limited to, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content creation, email marketing, and analytics reporting.

2. Payment

• The Client agrees to pay the Freelancer the agreed-upon fee for the services rendered. Payment terms and methods will be as stated in the project proposal or agreement.
• Invoices shall be issued upon completion of milestones or on a schedule as mutually agreed upon. Payment is due within [Number] days of invoice issuance.

6. Termination

Either Party may terminate the project with a written notice in the event of a material breach of this Agreement by the other Party.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Freelancer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the project.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Freelancer harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses related to the Client’s business activities.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

10. Entire Agreement
